(Le Mandat)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The name of the agent of the National Intelligence Service <a href=\"https:\/\/lemandat.org\/en\/blog\/2022\/05\/06\/burundi-a-chief-imbonerakure-leader-between-life-and-death\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">mentioned last time<\/a> is Serges. His nickname is Nyangundu. He was seen by some inhabitants of Nyakabiga on Wednesday at around twenty-three hours when he was supposed to be held in the Bujumbura police station where he had been transferred on Thursday of the previous week. He was arguing with the chief of the Nyakabiga zone near the Mogas petrol station located in the ninth avenue of Nyakabiga 3 district. The documentation officer, Serges, accused the Nyakabiga zone chief, Gervais Ndihokubwayo, of crashing into his Toyota Corolla. The Nyakabiga zone chief denied this and in turn accused the documentation officer of threatening to shoot him. According to our sources, some inhabitants of Nyakabiga, who tried to reconcile the two people, were immediately reprimanded by the Nyakabiga zone chief. &#8220;Don&#8217;t try to interfere, our conflict is not new,&#8221; he told them, according to our sources. According to them, he was probably referring to the fight that took place more than a fortnight ago between this documentation officer and the imbonerakure of the Kigwati, a quarter of the Nyakabiga zone. After the chief of the Nyakabiga zone left in his Toyota Spacio, a police officer accompanied by other policemen in a pick-up truck came to take Serges, nicknamed Nyangundu, away. They first stripped him of his pistol, his mobile phone and his ignition key before handcuffing him, according to our sources. Currently, the agent of the National Intelligence Service, Serges, nicknamed Nyangundu, is being held in the dungeons of the municipal police station, according to our sources, who indicate that by Tuesday, he will be transferred to the central prison of Mpimba. He is allegedly accused of organising criminal gangs since <a href=\"https:\/\/lemandat.org\/en\/blog\/2022\/05\/06\/burundi-a-chief-imbonerakure-leader-between-life-and-death\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">the incident that almost cost the life of the leader of the CNDD-FDD youth league in Kigwati.<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ladeck&#8217;s health is no longer in danger<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The health situation of the leader of the imbonerakure in Kigwati, Ladeck Nsengiyumva, is improving according to our sources.
